Our service schedules are flexible and client centered and developed to meet the specific needs of each individual. We strive to provide consistent service delivery that minimizes staff changes and promotes productive relationships between our staff and clients.

Cogni Care maintains an active contractual relationship with the Island Health authority through the Brain Injury Program (BIP). For more information on referral options, please visit the BIP website.

Cogni Care is also part of the approved service provider network of the Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC) and WorkSafeBC.

In addition, we are experienced in working with private insurance companies, legal counsels, and trustees.

Via a sliding fee scale we also aim to facilitate services for families and clients without third party funding.

For clients who are not funded by a government agency our services are exempt from HST if recommended, in writing, by a medical practitioner. Examples of practitioners who can make this recommendation include physicians, nurses, psychologists, registered social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists.
